With a goal to attract, develop and retain a dynamic workforce, Marriott has a comprehensive intranet that needed to include short video tutorials for hotel operations training. With the Global Lodging Operations Deployment team not having considerable experience in video production, they needed a solution to get their videos from the camera to the intranet with the least amount of effort.
Squeeze was the ideal solution for Marriott’s training division of Global Lodging Operations Deployment, as it provided the most streamline way for the team to compress and post training videos to the Marriott International intranet, given its file size and bandwidth constraints.

Squeeze has become an integral piece of Marriott’s workflow in the creation of short video tutorials for global lodging operations training. Whether it’s housekeeping, culinary, front office, or engineering, they have a need to showcase “how-to” tasks for its global audience/employees. Once video footage is captured, the team uses Squeeze to compress its various training videos to then be posted to its global intranet.
